Television

Managing a television set through the process presents many challenges.  The designs often incorporate a great deal of lighting, laminates and graphics.  These materials may specified by the designer, or left to the project manager to procure and submit for approval.  The installation of a television set requires the coordination of the scenic shop, lighting and sound crew, camera operations, studio managers and directors.  For a television set to be bid, built and installed on time and on budget, all of the many teams must be in communication.
